Pete Parker
Director and Founder
Prior to starting Clear Flow Water Solutions in 2012, Pete worked in the water industry for 17 years, starting as an apprentice engineer as a teenager, working his way up to senior engineer and then into management. He quickly developed an industry reputation for honesty and reliability, which are traits he was keen to build on within Clear Flow Water Solutions.
A key area was to ensure any service Clear Flow offered went beyond our client’s expectations. Pete says “I wanted my clients to know that if they asked us to do a job we would do this to the very highest standard with no corners cut”.
When Pete is not working, he can be found enjoying life in the fast lane, indulging in his love of motorbike and horses and also spending time with this wife, grown up children and young grandson.
Pete is an Elected Associate Member of the Water Management Society.

Catherine Lowe
Operations Manager
Catherine has been with us since the very start, working alongside Pete since 2012. After helping with the initial admin, Catherine has furthered her knowledge in the water treatment industry and progressed to become the point of call for Clear Flow Water Solutions. Not only dealing with our clients, Catherine also coordinates our entire team on their daily tasks and projects making sure our team and company runs smoothly.
Catherine loves to stay busy. If she isn’t in the office, she is usually enjoying the countryside either on foot or on her motorbike. Catherine also spends her weekends giving back, by volunteering as a first responder for the London Ambulance Service.

Daniel O’Hara
Water Hygiene Manager
Daniel joined us in 2016 as a Trainee Engineer, working his way up into management. After taking a keen interest in the water hygiene sector, Daniel has gone on to qualify in risk assessments for legionella control in water systems.
Daniel is continuing to expand his knowledge in water Hygiene by progressing in management; now offering consultancy services, speaking to clients directly, and increasing his involvement with site visits.
Outside of work, Daniel is an outdoorsman and sport enthusiast. You can normally find him on the golf course or training with his local football team.
Mark Flanders
Water Treatment Engineer
Mark joined the team in 2018 and is now one of our key engineers for system flushing. Mark already had some experience in the Water industry but since joining us has focused on his passions of flushes and tank installations. Mark has obtained his qualifications whilst being with us and is now helping train our trainee engineer whilst progressing in his own field.
Mark is a keen cyclist and often cycles before work. He’s been in training for the London to Brighton bike ride, which unfortunately was postponed due to the pandemic, but he’s very excited to take on this challenge next year.

Luke Johnstone
Water Treatment Engineer
After starting off as an electrician, Luke decided to move into a career in water treatment and has been with us now since the start of 2020. After gaining a qualification in hot water systems and safety (G3 unvented HWS), Luke has been performing work in a combination of areas varying from water hygiene to system flushes. Luke is keen to progress his learning and experience with chemical cleaning and hopes to focus his attention on this area of work.
Luke is a family man and has just grown his family further welcoming his lovely daughter, who is keeping him very busy outside of work.

Ollie Clark
Trainee Engineer
Ollie is our newest member of the team joining us in 2021. Ollie is currently our trainee engineer and learning the ropes. He has shown an interest in various fields within the company, and is currently experiencing work across various sectors. Ollie is going to be working closely with Daniel, our Water Hygiene Manager, and developing his skills with Legionella risk assessments. We look forward to seeing Ollie gain more experience at Clear Flow Water Solutions and excel in his chosen division.
Ollie rarely gets a break from water, as he usually spends his weekends at the swimming pool with his two children.
